Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and provide expert-level support in managing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work closely with IT developers and cloud specialists to deploy, optimize, and ensure the operational stability of cloud-based IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure (Azure & AWS).
• Develop and manage automation s for cloud deployment and configuration.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless cloud integration.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery plans (ITSCM guidelines).
• Maintain compliance with global change management and ITIL processes.
• Implement cost optimization strategies and cloud usage analysis.
• Ensure secure network configurations, firewalls, and virtual networks.
• Participate in incident, problem, and escalation management processes.
• Contribute to the implementation of CI/CD pipelines for cloud applications.

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in Azure and AWS cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Hands-on knowledge in cloud architecture: public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud.
• Proficiency with PowerShell ing and automation.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Microsoft O365 applications.
• Expertise in cloud components: servers, storage, networking, security, elasticity.
• Understanding of cloud networking, virtual networks, firewalls, and monitoring tools.
• Exposure to online cloud marketplaces and third-party integration tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent field.
