Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Investment & Development Analyst – Real Estate, Tourism & Hospitality to join our team! In this role you will be a key driver in conceptualizing, evaluating, and securing investments for high-value hospitality, entertainment, residential, and tourism-related real estate assets.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Strategic Investment Analysis & Financial Modeling
  • Evaluate investment opportunities across commercial, residential, tourism, hospitality, entertainment, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

  • Conduct detailed financial, commercial, and benchmarking analyses to assess project viability, risk exposure, and return potential.

  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including DCF, IRR, and NPV analyses, to support investment decision-making.

  • Design and assess investor exit strategies to maximize returns and mitigate risks.

  • Industry Representation & Networking
  • Actively network to identify and cultivate relationships with investors, developers, and strategic partners. Represent Parsons at high-level investment forums, conferences, and networking events, positioning the city as a premier destination for real estate and tourism investment.

  • Stakeholder Coordination & Presentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments (planning, legal, engineering) and external consultants to integrate technical, legal, and financial inputs into investment proposals. Prepare and deliver high-quality investment memos, feasibility studies, board presentations, and executive briefings. Develop compelling pitch decks, investment teasers, and marketing materials to promote opportunities to domestic and international investors.

  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive benchmarking, and sector trend analysis to identify new opportunities and anticipate market shifts. Monitor macroeconomic, demographic, and capital market trends to inform investment strategies. Maintain an up-to-date database of investment opportunities, financial benchmarks, and market intelligence.

  • Deal Structuring & Capital Partner Engagement
  • Structure and negotiate investment deals, including PPPs, joint ventures, and public-private financing arrangements, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives. Lead discussions with potential investors, partners, and developers to secure commitments and advance project funding. Understand and apply urban planning, development principles, and project management fundamentals to ensure deal feasibility and smooth asset activation.

What Required Skills You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, MRICS) preferred.

  • Minimum 12 years’ proven experience in real estate investment analysis, deal structuring, and investor relations.

  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to close complex transactions.
