Role: Senior Manager Integration & Interface

JASARA Program Management Company (JASARA PMC), a joint venture between Saudi Aramco, Jacobs, and Public Investment Fund (PIF), is seeking a Senior Manager Integration & Interface to join their team. The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, supporting Vision 2030, and positively impacting the Kingdom's development. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure projects and contribute to transforming Saudi Arabia's infrastructure landscape.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager Integration & Interface, you will ensure effective coordination and communication among stakeholders involved in various projects. This key role involves implementing the project integration and interface strategy, executing approved plans, and leading the team to meet project needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale (multi-billion dollar) complex construction programs across the full project lifecycle, working collaboratively with multiple teams to foster innovative solutions.

• Manage project integration, focusing on interfaces and dependencies within and between projects, and with supporting functions.
• Develop and implement system engineering management plans, overseeing project and asset lifecycle activities including requirements management, verification, and validation.
• Create construction phasing and handover plans to align with project and operational requirements.
• Identify and manage project interfaces and interdependencies to facilitate seamless collaboration and construction phases.
• Oversee all aspects of project integration and interface management to ensure proper coordination.
• Perform design reviews and manage the review and acceptance of contractor and consultant deliverables related to integration and interfaces.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and risk assessment processes.
• Coordinate communication among project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, requirements, and procedures.
• Utilize project management tools to support integration and interface activities.

Technical and Specialty Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in program or project management, focusing on integration & interface management and systems engineering.
• Proven success in managing complex integration and interface challenges.
• Experience in systems engineering, requirements management, verification, and validation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools and techniques.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Construction industry experience is preferred.
