Role Description

The Managed Services Report involves operating and developing integration processes between applications and systems. This includes documentation, performance optimization, technology standardization, and employing best solutions and approaches for application integration. It also involves ensuring compliance with security controls for integration and supporting external integration services, such as linking with the Ministry of Finance's Sarf service and other services.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationals only
• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and integration
• Experience working with REST APIs, Web Services, and their authentication/authorization techniques
• Experience in software and application integration methods
• Proficiency with integration technologies and tools
• Experience working in agile Scrum environments
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Experience with GIT source control
• Proficiency in web application development using .NET / C#
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Web Forms
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 database design and development
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016 administration
• Experience interacting with web services and Web APIs
• Experience with Entity Framework (Code-First and Database-First)
• Experience converting monolithic applications to microservices is a plus
• Experience modernizing legacy applications with the latest technologies
• Ability to perform other job-related duties as assigned by team leadership
• Understanding of architecture and design techniques and tools
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns using tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar
• Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON
• Experience with messaging protocols such as JMS, AMQP, or MQ Series
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
