Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance and asset management for transport infrastructure and/or bus fleet operations.
• Proven experience in O&M environments, including supervision of contractors and performance-based contracts.
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance practices and/or infrastructure maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for transport infrastructure and bus fleet.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Monitor and enforce contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
