Responsibilities

Hexagons Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Principal Industry Consultant.

This is a senior position within the Enterprise Asset Management Pre-Sales group, part of the Asset Lifecycle Intelligence Division of Hexagon AB. The role is global and reports to the Manager of Pre-Sales (Business Architecture). It requires an in-depth understanding of the Services Industry's daily operations and business processes, especially asset management deployment.

The primary focus is on Asset Lifecycle Management, with the HxGN EAM solution playing a key role. The candidate should develop knowledge of other Hexagon solutions relevant to infrastructure operators in the industry. The Industry Consultant collaborates with multiple teams within the HxGN EAM Business, including product strategy, management, sales, consulting, partners, and delivery teams. They will also coordinate with other Hexagon units as needed.

Core Responsibilities of the Principal Industry Consultant

Develop and maintain an Industry Point of View based on experience and engagement, providing a framework for sales to penetrate the Industry Services sector.
Partner with Account Executives on large deals, assisting with strategy and executive presentations.

Additional Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for non-EAM ALI Presales in the Middle East.
Enable non-EAM (Sales)/Presales/Partners and new EAM Presales teams.
Integrate other ALI and Hexagon products.
Facilitate requests to PSE from the Middle East regarding Roadmap and Enablement Packages.
Support large Middle East EAM opportunities requiring extensibility support.
Manage knowledge for EAM.
Act as the first contact for GPS and Solution Architect teams.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident speaker.
Proficiency in British English; multilingual skills are a plus.
Experience in the asset-intensive Services industry, preferably in senior roles.
Experience with competitor solutions in EAM/APM/AIP or consulting firms servicing the industry.
Engineering or Business degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Excellent presentation skills, including experience with C-Level presentations and customer engagement.
