• Investigate industrial incidents, especially high-consequence events, and understand hazards and controls.
• Preserve, examine, and document incident evidence using forensic principles.
• Support investigation teams with proper techniques and methodologies.
• Conduct thorough investigations using appropriate tools and analyze human factors impact.
• Develop and review incident investigation reports through all review stages.
• Identify globally shareable recommendations for corporate-wide implementation.
• Create lessons learned and safety alerts to communicate preventive actions.
