Zusammenfassung

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize on-shelf presence across OT outlets, support in-store sampling, and ensure planograms are followed. You’ll rotate stock with FIFO, keep stock fresh, and report deviations daily to the pre-seller.

Valid driving license and strong communication are required. You will monitor competitive activity, place POS material, and uphold PepsiCo standards and the code of conduct.

Aufgaben

• Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
• Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor display.
• Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays.
• Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
• Rotate product using FIFO method, and remove sub-standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet.
• Report daily activities of the prior day to your supervisor.
• Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance, and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
