What You'll Do
As a Senior Implementation Analyst within BCG's Operations Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team to deliver value to clients through your expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data, etc.).
Your responsibilities include contributing to client cases and proposals with relevant analysis and insights, supporting business development efforts, and participating in marketing activities. Travel to client sites may be required to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
The Operations Practice Area helps clients create competitive advantages by enhancing performance and building strategic capabilities. The OPS Knowledge Team, composed of experienced consultants, supports projects related to large capital project delivery, operating models, lean construction, business case optimization, and more.
Key Activities
• Leading process improvement initiatives in large capital projects.
• Analyzing and optimizing engineering processes for efficiency and quality.
• Implementing process standardization and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborating with engineering and construction teams to align processes with business goals.
• Monitoring process performance metrics and implementing corrective actions.

What You'll Bring
• 1-2+ years of consulting experience in construction, engineering, process improvement, or related fields (preferred).
• Alternatively, 3-6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred) in engineering, industrial management, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
• Experience with cost control, scheduling, risk management, and field operations.
• Analytical and data-driven skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
