Job summary

Client of People Group in Riyadh seeks an experienced ES&H professional to lead safety and health programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective staff training.

The candidate will interpret regulations, develop comprehensive ES&H plans, and guide a team on medium to large projects while advancing emergency preparedness and hazard mitigation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive professional experience in environmental safety and health management or related disciplines.
• CSP or CIH certification at minimum.
• Demonstrated expertise in federal and state environmental, safety, and health regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety and health programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory interpretation and technical advice for ES&H compliance.
• Develops, implements, and maintains ES&H programs, systems, and procedures.
• Lead a team of ES&H specialists and support personnel on projects of various sizes.
• Investigate accidents, injuries, and complaints and recommend process improvements.
• Deliver employee training and emergency preparedness planning.
• Monitor hazards and diseases, and ensure quality of ES&H programs.

Job description
