Key job responsibilities
This role is focused on looking at our KSA workplace from an overall country lens working across multiple businesses, predominantly operating in Amazon Stores and Payment entities.
The incumbent will architect the launch of programs and initiatives in line with government Saudi Vision 2030, to focus on overall Saudi progress and take steps towards that. This will include HR program delivery from conception and design through implementation, measurement, closure, and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement. A day in the life
The incumbent will partner closely with the country manager (director) and his leadership team. The incumbent will also work across different PXT and partner teams like GREF, PR, and PP, among others, in the region. This is a strategic role with reputational impact and will require the incumbent to surface both internal and external employee sentiments and augment the overall brand value of the organization.
