Members of the Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain and experience across multiple disciplines. They partner with hospital management teams and payers to drive transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways, and optimize operations.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Contributing to the development of our consulting service offerings and supporting the professional growth of your team members through coaching and mentoring
  • Identifying and scoping client needs and solutions based on requirements, influencing stakeholders by developing well-articulated analyses and business cases for change
  • Mapping, understanding, and assessing clinical pathways and patient journeys within hospital or subprocess settings by implementing appropriate KPIs
  • Prioritizing initiatives to capture value, establishing roadmaps, and developing actionable plans for immediate improvement and cost savings
  • Managing end-to-end projects and providing day-to-day coaching and support to the service delivery team
  • Preparing periodic portfolio reviews of partnership programs with steering committees to track progress, measure economic value, and assess customer satisfaction
  • Identifying bottlenecks in processes and advancing consultancy projects with a solution-oriented approach
  • Driving data analytics around clinical, operational, and financial outcomes with a focus on solutions

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Degree in Healthcare Management, Quality and Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Marketing, or related fields
  • 7-10 years of experience in a relevant role at a top-tier consulting firm or high-end healthcare organization, in business development, marketing, or process & quality management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with diverse stakeholders and build trust with clients
  • Proven program management skills, including planning, coordinating, communicating, influencing, and risk management
  • Proficiency in English

Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Management is highly advantageous.
