The project: This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Develops and drives implementation of health and wellbeing (H&W) policies, procedures, guidance, and standards across the organization.
  • Leads execution of Group-wide H&W delivery plans, programmes, and projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant outcomes.
  • Supports operational teams with expert guidance to enable effective local delivery of H&W initiatives.
  • Collaborates with HR and HSW functions to ensure consistent support across all business units and geographies.
  • Stays current with emerging research and best practices in organizational health and wellbeing.
  • Analyses data from surveys, audits, KPIs, and other sources to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Manages supplier relationships to ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of contracted H&W services.
  • Drives continuous improvement and contributes to net zero carbon goals by identifying and implementing sustainable H&W practices.
You’ll need to have:
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
  • Professional qualification (or equivalent).
  • Relevant experience of management in an organisation.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Stadium or sports facilities is preferred.
