What we're looking for:

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer, working ON-SITE in Khobar, KSA. The presence of the Senior Graphic Designer at the client premises ensures quick turnaround for tasks and changes, while they represent the agency with professionalism. The person will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and team members both on-site and remotely.

To Succeed in This Role, You Need To:

  • Create high-quality graphic designs for marketing collateral, digital assets, illustrations, and infographics.
  • Develop social media posts aligned with the Project Manager's guidance.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all visual communications.
  • Present design concepts to clients and management, incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and print quality.
  • Organize workflow and maintain an efficient file management system.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
  • Effective presentation and collaboration skills, with a knack for constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in preparing files for production.
  • Animation skills are a plus.
