Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Branding Core responsibilities
- Design visually appealing graphics, layouts, and user interfaces for both digital and print media.
- Conduct user research and testing to enhance user experience and optimize design elements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UX/UI designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms by following brand guidelines.
- Work with the marketing and brand teams to develop creative assets for campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to continually improve design quality and efficiency.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Academic Qualifications: diploma’s degree in Marketing, Graphic design, Business Administration or any other related field in media production
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or any related field or MBA
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Graphic design and branding related fields
- Professional Certifications: Anyprofessionalcertification in related areas is an advantage (e.g., CBM, etc.)
