Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for developing scalable software solutions, leading both product innovation and client-specific customization. This includes collaborating across design, analytics, and operations teams to ensure high-performance, user-centric applications that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. The role also involves overseeing quality assurance, maintaining clear documentation, and continuously refining solutions based on stakeholder feedback. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development of robust and scalable software components, tailored for both new product creation and customized solutions for client-specific use cases.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces, enhancing the user experience and facilitating seamless interaction with both products and client solutions.
- Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and high performance of products and client solutions.
- Work with the analytics team to integrate data-driven components seamlessly, creating cohesive and powerful solutions.
- Coordinate with the operations team to streamline deployment processes, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
- Develop adaptable software architectures for seamless integration with existing infrastructure, whether for new products or client-specific solutions.
- Understand client-specific technical requirements through close collaboration, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Establish feedback loops with clients and internal teams to continually refine software solutions, driving improvement and satisfaction.
