Job summary

Moyasar Financial Company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack to advance our digital payment products and services. You will work across the stack with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Sidekiq, shaping solutions from idea to delivery.

You will develop backend services, REST APIs, and user-facing features, build reliable integrations, and improve performance, scalability, and security of our systems. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, and REST APIs.
• Experience building user-facing web products.
• Strong product mindset and ownership.
• Good understanding of testing, performance, and scalable system design.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in fintech, digital payments, or financial services is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve full-stack features for Moyasar's payment products and merchant services.
• Develop backend services, REST APIs, and user-facing web features.
• Build reliable integrations that support our payment ecosystem.
• Understand merchant and business needs and turn them into practical technical solutions.
• Take ownership of features from problem definition through development and production.
• Work with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Sidekiq.
• Improve the performance, reliability, scalability, and security of our systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions.
• Review code and support other engineers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve our products.
