Job description

Forest and Fire Operations Division's Gippsland Region is seeking an experienced procurement officer to support the delivery of Forest and Fire Management activities by District and Regional teams.

This position is part of the Forest and Fire Programs team, ensuring the implementation of DEECA's procurement and contract management controls and systems within the region across all program activities. It directly supports the procurement of complex or large-scale works.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in public sector procurement and contract management is desirable.

This is an ongoing position. The work location within the Gippsland Region is flexible, with hybrid work arrangements available.
