As a Senior Financial Analyst at Siemens Energy, you will target candidates with a strong background in finance and operational roles, particularly those who thrive in multinational and multicultural environments. You will engage in significant projects such as implementing the Regional Operating Model, supporting M&A activities, and driving digitalization initiatives, all of which contributes to the strategic growth of Saudi Arabia and align with Siemens Energy’s mission of sustainability and innovation. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Responsible for controlling the GCO project portfolio in KSA, focusing on key financial figures such as Revenue, Gross Margin, and Free Cash Flow.
  • Support the monthly forecasting process and the annual budget process.
  • Prepare various deviation analyses for key financial figures monthly, such as Revenue, Gross Margin, and Free Cash Flow, and assist commercial project managers in commenting on deviations as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Controlling team to explain deviations regarding Forecast to Actuals.
  • Identify and drive digitalization opportunities and innovations in Finance and Project Controlling, establishing state-of-the-art digital solutions for Project Forecast to automate and visualize processes.

What you bring

  • Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in controlling, reporting, or operational business roles, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial analysis.
  • A university degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance, providing the necessary academic background for the role.
  • Strong understanding of SE-FRG, accounting principles (US GAAP, local regulations, HGB), working capital management, cash flow analysis, and fixed asset management.
  • An open and inclusive mentality with a proactive approach to leading change and improving processes within the organization.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in multinational and multicultural teams, fostering collaboration and understanding.
  • Excellent social skills that enable you to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
