Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Lead Financial Reporting & Performance Analyst with strong accounting fundamentals, SAP and financial systems expertise, to translate financial data into actionable performance insights for the DSP&PMD office.

The role focuses on ensuring the integrity and relevance of Downstream financial reporting, while anticipating how business and market changes affect statements, cash flow, and value metrics, and driving process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, and performance analysis in oil & gas or capital-intensive industries.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP and financial accounting systems.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and value-based metrics.
• Ability to anticipate business impacts beyond historical results.
• Experience driving process improvements and better ways of working.
• High attention to detail with an analytical mindset and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver accurate IFRS financial reporting and governance; serve as SAP and financial systems expert; resolve complex issues and drive system integration.
• Analyze financial KPIs (P&L, ROACE, capital efficiency) and deliver executive-level performance insights and accountability reporting.
• Lead end-to-end finance process optimization, system integration, transformation initiatives; champion automation and governance.
