Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the Air Separation units as prescribed by the Work Instruction Procedures.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate the Air Separation units as prescribed by the Work Instruction Procedures.
2. Provide Operations support & guidance during the commissioning of the plants. Maintain accurate document control and monitor quality assurance initiatives.
3. Provide Operations guidance to ensure safety, reliability, and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, and controls.
4. Report shift production progress and plant status to the Shift Supervisor.
5. Operate the facility ensuring Environmental and Regulatory requirements are not exceeded.
6. Assist in the commissioning activities of the facility.
7. Execute other duties as assigned by reporting managers in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Report shifts production progress and plant status, providing operational solutions for shortfall areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical process operations or a 2-year technical school certificate in Plant Process Operations.
• More than 5 years of experience in process plant operation.
• Knowledge of local environmental and health and safety requirements.
• A strong commitment to employee involvement, team building, and diversity.
• Ability to communicate effectively between operations and maintenance teams.
