Our client in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Senior Field Engineer with a experience of managing Wireline Operations. This is a field based role and will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising wireline operations in accordance with company standards and client requirements.

Plan and execute open-hole and cased-hole wireline operations, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality protocols.

Supervise junior engineers and field crews during operations, providing mentorship and on-the-job training.

Interpret well data and provide technical recommendations to clients on-site.

Prepare pre-job planning documents, risk assessments, and post-job reports.

Communicate effectively with clients, both in Arabic and English, to understand their needs and provide solutions.
