Role Purpose
Responsible for promoting and selling advanced IoT and smart city solutions and services. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their specific needs, and proposing IoT solutions that optimize urban infrastructure, enhance data connectivity, and improve city services through smart technologies. The job holder is expected to work closely with Presales and Technical Support teams to ensure that solutions meet and exceed client expectations.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
Scope of work:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base for IoT and smart city solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with city planners, construction companies, PIF subsidiaries, real estate development companies, government officials, and private sector stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed market research to assess customer demands and technological trends continuously.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate the benefits and capabilities of our IoT solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, manage client grievances, and coordinate with internal teams to gather and leverage customer feedback.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong technical understanding of IoT technologies, including sensors, devices, and network solutions.
