Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
The Assistant Manager – B2B & B2C Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base in both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) segments.
Certifications in sales management or related fields, such as Certified Sales Executive (CSE), are highly regarded.
Experience in the relevant industry, such as technology, consumer goods, or services, is essential for understanding market dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools to track and measure sales performance.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for diverse market engagement.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities and address challenges swiftly.
A results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding sales targets and contributing to team success.
