  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives, focusing on both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 to 5 years of relevant experience

The Assistant Manager – B2B & B2C Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base in both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) segments.

  • Certifications in sales management or related fields, such as Certified Sales Executive (CSE), are highly regarded.
  • Experience in the relevant industry, such as technology, consumer goods, or services, is essential for understanding market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools to track and measure sales performance.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for diverse market engagement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities and address challenges swiftly.
  • A results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding sales targets and contributing to team success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic insight.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and executing high-value sales negotiations.
