Job Description
Main Objective:
- To provide seamless coordination, efficient communication, and proactive management of the Managing Director’s schedule, tasks, and priorities, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the executive office.
What You Will Do!
- Organizing and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, while considering cultural and business practices in KSA.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, preparing and drafting documents, letters, reports, and other business correspondence as required.
- Arranging complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and visas, ensuring compliance with company’s travel policy.
- Managing expense reports and reimbursements in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work.
What You should Do!
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in office management or administration are a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within KSA in Financial Sector.
- Must be a native speaker of both Arabic and English.
- Familiarity with local business practices is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to create and format documents, generate spreadsheets, and utilize calendar functions effectively.
