Main Objective:

  • To provide seamless coordination, efficient communication, and proactive management of the Managing Director’s schedule, tasks, and priorities, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the executive office.

What You Will Do!

  • Organizing and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, while considering cultural and business practices in KSA.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, preparing and drafting documents, letters, reports, and other business correspondence as required.
  • Arranging complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and visas, ensuring compliance with company’s travel policy.
  • Managing expense reports and reimbursements in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work.

What You should Do!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in office management or administration are a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within KSA in Financial Sector.
  • Must be a native speaker of both Arabic and English.
  • Familiarity with local business practices is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to create and format documents, generate spreadsheets, and utilize calendar functions effectively.
