About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Senior Events Specialist to join our marketing team at Flow. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing internal and external events across properties such as Narjis & Granada in Riyadh, aligning with our community-driven brand values. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, Social Media Manager, and Creative Team to ensure events promote the Flow brand, engage residents, and foster community spirit.
- The Senior Events Specialist will serve as a key ambassador for Flow’s culture, ensuring seamless, memorable events that strengthen our connections with both internal and external audiences. Responsibilities include hosting community-building events, representing Flow at local events, and creating engaging experiences that shape our brand's vibe.
Responsibilities- Event Planning & Execution: Lead the organization and execution of internal (team-building, employee engagement) and external (community outreach, brand activations, customer engagement) events, ensuring alignment with Flow’s values and objectives.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work with the Marketing Director, Social Media Manager, and Creative Team to design events that enhance Flow’s branding and messaging.
- Community Engagement: Develop strategies to foster community both internally among employees and externally with residents and the wider community.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and venues for successful event execution.
- Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, ensuring quality standards are met within financial constraints.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at events, embodying Flow’s values and ensuring positive interactions.
- Promotion: Collaborate with marketing colleagues to promote events via social media, email, and other channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Logistics & Coordination: Manage all logistical aspects including venue selection, catering, transportation, audio-visual setup, guest lists, and on-site management.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct evaluations to measure success, gather feedback, and improve future events.
- Community Building Initiatives: Create engaging community events that promote Flow’s brand and encourage participation from residents and partners.
