Job Description

Job Specific Knowledge:

• Experienced study manager with 8 - 10 yrs experience. A strong knowledge of Saudi national environmental regulations, international EIA regulations and good practice, experience of managing numerous technical groups, the ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously and good communication skills are key requirements for this role.
• Experienced on proposal preparation and budgeting. Experience on reviewing Contract s Terms and Conditions.
• Excellent writing skills in English.

Industry Specific Experience:

• Experience within the EIA arena for more than 5-8 years. Experience for both onshore and offshore projects.
• Experience in NCEC and Royal Commission environmental regulations
• Experience in international Impact Assessment working for a range of clients. Studies will primarily involve the management of ESHIA studies for the oil and gas, chemical, and power industries.
• Subcontractor procurement and coordination.
• Prepares technical reports, in whole or in part, depending on the size and complexity of the document and key subject matter areas.
• Technical competency in a combination of areas within the environmental field i.e. waste management and treatment, hydrology, geohydrology, ecology, geology etc.
• Developing Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMPs).

Qualifications

• BSC or Engineering Degree required. Master of Science desirable.
