About The Job
The Alliance and Channel Team is seeking a Senior Enterprise Channel Account Manager (ECAM) based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Supporting both KSA and the wider ME region, this quota-carrying, revenue-generating role involves building, maintaining, and managing profitable relationships with current and prospective channel partners (SAS Solution and SAS Service Providers) within an assigned territory to achieve enterprise channel sales targets.
In This Role You'll
- Act as the primary contact for Enterprise Sales when engaging with Solution Providers (Channel Partners).
- Participate in Enterprise Account Planning with Account Executives to align partner contributions and incorporate strategies into the Partner Business Plan.
- Support resell opportunities in Enterprise accounts and align partner solutions with complex enterprise customer needs and SAS enterprise sales strategy.
- Possess specific domain knowledge of Banking and/or Government sectors.
- Analyze the assigned territory to identify coverage gaps based on SAS channel product portfolio and market opportunity.
- If applicable, with management support, identify and recruit high-potential new Partners.
- Build strong relationships with key Partner stakeholders to ensure SAS's significance and commitment.
- Understand Partners' business models and prepare business cases to incentivize Partner investment.
- Set sales targets and key result areas for Partners, ensuring sufficient coverage to exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with Partners to develop annual joint business plans to exceed revenue goals, resolving performance issues proactively.
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing enablement with Partners to maximize their self-sufficiency and value in selling and delivering SAS solutions.
- Leverage distribution programs, SAS Global Campaign Initiatives, and other key initiatives to support Partners.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience (8-10 years) in Enterprise Channel Account Management within Indirect Sales.
- Domain knowledge of Banking and/or Government sectors within KSA and the wider ME region.
- Deep understanding of channel sales and partner business models, with skills in recruiting, enabling, and managing high-performance partners.
- Knowledge of the local market, industries, stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Ability to travel as required by business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
