Your mission

The Enterprise Sales Executive at UiPath will work with top enterprise accounts in Saudi Arabia in the Financial Services sector.

This position involves engaging with C-suite decision-makers for a mix of existing customers and top-target accounts.

Our sales team comprises experienced, entrepreneurial, and high-energy software sales executives. They work daily with C-level executives and business leaders, including heads of process improvement and automation, to deliver value to client organizations.


What you'll do at UiPath
  • Operate in harmony with our company values: Bold, Humble, Immersed, and Fast
  • Analyze the territory/market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedules
  • Promote UiPath's brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting, and selling our solutions using a value-selling approach
  • Educate customers on how our solutions can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory
  • Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to create new opportunities and ensure successful customer implementations
  • Partner with the Customer Success Management (CSM) group to maximize customer value and address issues as they arise
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products/services

What you'll bring to the team
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, creating desire for solutions
  • Proven track record of cultivating relationships at the C-Level within the Financial Services sector
  • Ability to grow an enterprise client portfolio
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
  • Ability to navigate client organizations and develop multiple points of contact
  • Valuable insights to improve customer business operations
  • Research and data-driven approach to account planning
  • Proactive identification of opportunities through business discussions
  • Critical thinking skills to solve problems and close deals despite roadblocks
  • Ability to sell based on value and business case rather than features
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies for accurate forecasting
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
