Responsibilities

• Lead the department by setting objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff to maximize performance.
• Coordinate team activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with plans, policies, and procedures.
• Build and lead a motivated, engaged, team through setting priorities, performance management, and coaching.
• Contribute to the budget preparation for the MEP/ICT function and monitor financial performance.
• Develop work plans for MEP/ICT, including analysis and design methods.
• Monitor and evaluate design development and costs related to MEP/ICT activities.
• Evaluate and select qualified service providers and consultants aligned with RUA standards.
• Oversee and provide feedback on project documentation from design to implementation.
• Implement value engineering and scope management to meet budgets without compromising quality.
• Coordinate MEP/ICT design phases with other disciplines and ensure compliance with standards.
• Report on project status and design progress, focusing on cost monitoring.
• Ensure all MEP/ICT aspects comply with international standards and environmental standards.
• Apply health, safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices.

Qualifications
