Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Valuations & Business Modeling professional in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, to support Energy sector engagements. You will contribute to valuations, modelling, and reports for major Oil & Gas clients within MENA, delivering insights and value judgements to project teams and clients.

The role focuses on technical analysis, client interactions, and cross-disciplinary collaboration within Strategy & Transactions, with opportunities for mentoring and formal learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business.
• At least 3 years of valuation work experience with Oil and Gas/Energy clients.
• Experience in valuation projects for M&A, Purchase Price Allocations, and Fair Valuations.
• Financial modeling skills for Energy businesses.

Responsibilities

• Make technical contributions to valuation and modelling on client engagements and internal projects.
• Work on large Oil and Gas clients to understand industry issues and perform research and analysis.
• Perform valuation calculations and analyses, draft presentations and reports, and present conclusions to the team and client.
