Job summary

ABB is seeking a Project Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead and execute medium to large-scale projects within the Energy Industries Division. You will drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and control, ensuring alignment with ABB policies, HSE standards, and customer requirements.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, stakeholder management, and proactive risk mitigation, with accountability for schedule, cost, and contract close-out. Saudi regulatory awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a project management role within oil & gas, utilities or industrial markets.
• PM certification – PMP or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Projects, SAP and PR+ or similar PM tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; Saudi regulations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and define execution approach to achieve project goals.
• Monitor progress, resources, and financials; ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Identify, quantify, and manage project risks and opportunities; drive lessons learned.
