Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and approved drawings.
  • Review and provide feedback on technical submittals, including method statements, inspection requests, and as-built drawings.
  • Oversee contractor compliance with contract specifications and approved shop drawings.
  • Witness the commissioning of major systems as described in the project specifications.
  • Coordinate electrical services with other disciplines.
  • Prepare daily inspection reports and contribute to weekly and monthly project reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience of 10 - 15 years in Electrical Engineering (Site Operations) for building services, with a focus on Site Supervision.10 - 15 years experience in Site Operations within the KSA.
  • Previous experience working on Hotel projects in the KSA is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and codes related to Electrical systems in buildings.
  • Proficiency in relevant software’s
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Must have Middle East, preferably KSA experience.
