JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Power System Studies Engineer with 5+ years of experience in detailed engineering, FEED engineering, and specialized design engineering for Oil & Gas projects.

The candidate should be proficient in using ETAP and PSCAD software for system studies, including:

• Power system studies
• Transient stability
• Insulation coordination and switching analysis
• System grounding and shielding
• Protective relaying settings and coordination
• Arc flash safety assessment
• Ferro-resonance studies
• Island and load shedding studies

Responsibilities include reviewing electrical design deliverables, preparing purchase requisitions, conducting technical bid evaluations, and preparing system study reports per Saudi Aramco standards. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required. Knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and proficiency in English are essential. The ability to work independently and review design calculations/drawings is crucial.
