Job description

In the role of engineer for the electrical department for projects involving water reclamation plants.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing electrical detailed drawings such as cable raceway systems, lighting, small power systems, earthing, and lightning systems.
2. Coordinating with vendors and partners, reviewing HV and LV system electrical shop drawings, and maintaining documentation according to project ISO quality standards.
3. Inspecting installations and monitoring operations to ensure compliance with design specifications, equipment standards, and safety regulations.
4. Overseeing the engineering aspects of projects/proposals and optimizing technical solutions for effective implementation.
5. Contributing to the achievement of project/proposal objectives in collaboration with relevant departments.
6. Sharing knowledge and participating in training sessions as required.

Minimum qualifications include:

1. A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; an associate's degree with substantial experience may also be considered.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
3. Familiarity with Singapore electrical codes.
4. At least 5 years of relevant experience in water treatment plants, power plants, or similar projects.
5. Experience in designing cable raceway systems, lighting, small power systems, earthing, and lightning systems based on international codes.
6. Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
7. Proficiency in electrical drawing software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
