Job summary

Flip retail in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Dry Utilities Engineer to join our facilities team. You will review DB strategies, coordinate energy interface requirements, and ensure proper relocation of utilities while supporting CAD designers.

You will contribute to the master plan, advise on field issues, and coordinate with energy providers to ensure smooth project execution. Strong English communication and 12 years of relevant utility experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level in Electrical design or relevant subject area from an accredited college.
• 12 years of utility related work experiences.
• Solid understanding of dry utilities.
• Understanding of issues when rerouting existing cords for professional's decision.
• Strong English written and verbal communication, business, and social skills.
• Proficiency in CAD and other PC software commonly connected with design.

Responsibilities

• Examining strategies provided by the Design-Build (DB) specialist and energy firms to assess conflicts.
• Offering energy interface demands and prioritizing issues.
• Reporting field concerns impacting property owners, contractors and maintenance operations due to required energy movement.
• Evaluating installation for exterior & interior Electrical Panels.
• Providing technical support to CAD Designer/Drafters and junior staff.
• Contributing to master facility plans and providing field input.
• Supporting Senior Utility Engineers in coordinating with energy providers and DB contractors.
• Carrying out other duties related to this role as appropriate.
