The AtkinsRealis Infrastructure Business seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starting Senior Engineer - Dry Utilities to join our Riyadh, KSA office. The successful candidate will support multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across the GCC, focusing on planning, designing, and engineering dry utilities networks, including power (MV/LV), substations, renewable energy resources, pumping stations, street lighting, telecommunication, and related areas.
Provide technical support for large multidisciplinary infrastructure project delivery.
Support bids for single and multi-disciplinary disciplines, with a focus on winning strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and identify new opportunities.
Build and motivate project teams, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
Report on project performance.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and promote a safety culture within the team.
Assist in developing a motivated and high-performing team, creating development opportunities for individuals.
Provide technical expertise on large engineering projects.
Support design processes and budgets, and drive projects from tender to delivery in a multidisciplinary environment.
Enhance networking with internal and external clients.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role or project.
Additional preferred skills include experience with:
Interpersonal skills and strong technical communication skills.
Familiarity with programs such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dialux Softea, Revit/BIM.
