Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF POSITION:
- Manage the group in the provision of document control services on various projects in accordance with:
Worley document management systems, controls, processes and procedures; and
Any project specific or other regulatory requirements. - Manage all document control aspects on Worley projects, including internal and external documentation.
- Actively contribute to the improvement of Worley document control systems, controls, processes and procedures.
- Lead and manage the group, motivate them and manage their performance.
- Manage the resources and competencies of the group including the recruitment and retention of personnel.
- Provide advice and obtain agreement on the appropriate document management system for the size and complexity of the projects being undertaken.
- Represent the group both within Worley and with external parties such as clients and contractors.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with Worley personnel, clients and contractors.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Job Specific Competencies:
- Detailed knowledge of document management systems, processes and procedures.
- Working knowledge of International Standards Organisation (ISO9001) requirements.
- Competent in the use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and a good working knowledge of document control systems and software.
- Manager Understands how the business delivers value to shareholders, what drives profitability and what increases growth.
- Able to make difficult decisions and lead and manage others in various business conditions.
Effective people management skills such as leadership, team, interpersonal, coaching,
mentoring and supervisory skills. Must be able to build, motivate, develop and manage an
effective team. - Effective management skills including the ability to plan, set goals; and manage time, priorities resources, accountabilities, schedules and cost.
- Understands Worley Vision and purpose, translates it into team goals and objectives, and gains team commitment to achieving those goals and objectives.

Experience:
- Substantial experience in a document control or comparable supervisory role in the same
industry. Substantial experience working on and within large multi-disciplinary projects and
teams.

Qualifications
- Must have Aconex experience.
- EDMS set-up experience is preferred.
Bachelors degree
Preferred:
A recognized degree, Certificate of Business Administration, other relevant qualification or equivalent
