We are working exclusively with a confidential strategic infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia to hire a Senior Director – Strategic Planning & Business Development. This pivotal role is ideal for a commercially astute leader with a strong background in financial modeling, legal structuring, and business growth in the marine, port, or logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic financial and commercial modeling (IRR/NPV/tariffs/concession frameworks)
• Support port transition strategies (e.g., JIP to KAP)
• Draft and negotiate legal frameworks (HoT, JV, M&A)
• Compare land value and port concession models
• Interface with government stakeholders, consultants, and internal strategy teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a senior strategy/BD role
• Proven experience in marine/logistics/port development
• Strong legal/commercial understanding (not a lawyer but fluent in contract terms)
• Exceptional PowerPoint and stakeholder communication skills
• Saudi experience strongly preferred
