Four seasons Red Sea & Amaala are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Senior Director of Sales to lead a high-performing team of Sales Managers. This role is essential in driving revenue growth and positioning the property as a top destination for diverse market segments.
What you will do
• Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with the Commercial Plan.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting and account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across all segments including leisure, corporate, groups, and government.
• Position the resort as a premier destination in target markets.
• Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management team to ensure strategic alignment.
• Mentor and support the professional development of the sales team.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Ensure the effective use of sales tools, systems, and reporting structures.
• Promote a high-performance sales culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
What you bring
• Proven leadership experience managing a sales team, ideally within hospitality.
• Strong background in sales strategy, account management, and business development.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse market segments, including government and corporate.

Experience
• A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Director of Sales leading a team, ideally within a cluster environment or across multiple hotels.
• Experience in luxury hotel operations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of sales management software and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Schedule & Hours
• Full time; may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
