Job Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a strategic and meticulous Senior Director - Centers Management to oversee the operations and management of our diverse centers within the Qiddiya project. The role involves ensuring operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, and improving financial performance across all centers, supporting Qiddiya's vision to become a world-class destination for entertainment, sports, and arts.

The Senior Director will lead a dedicated team to develop strategies and best practices to optimize the performance of various business centers, including retail, hospitality, and entertainment venues. Collaboration with stakeholders to enhance guest experiences and achieve operational efficiency and profitability is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement management strategies for all centers to ensure effective operations and financial success.
  2. Lead managers to establish policies, procedures, and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
  3. Engage with tenants, partners, and service providers to foster relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  4. Monitor KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Ensure excellent customer service and guest experiences across all centers.
  6. Manage financial planning and budgeting, ensuring targets are met.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote initiatives and maximize revenues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  2. 12-16 years of experience in center management, operations, or related sectors, especially entertainment or hospitality.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
