Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of creating immersive entertainment experiences, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director - Asset IT Operations to lead our IT operational strategy. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all IT operations, ensuring that our infrastructure is robust, efficient, and aligned with the company's strategic vision. You will oversee the integration of advanced technologies and innovative solutions to enhance the operational capabilities of our assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Asset IT operations strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and goals.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Asset IT stack, including Infrastructure, Applications, Digital Channels, etc., ensuring all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. The scope includes ITSM, Application Operations, Infrastructure (including cloud environments), and Security Operations.
• Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Manage the budget for Asset IT operations, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Manage relationships and contracts with Managed Services providers.
• Maintain a robust IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and applications, ensuring uptime and minimal downtime.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize disruption in case of IT failures or disasters.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT operations and security.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT operations management within complex organizational setups.
