Senior Digital Platform Implementation Expert – Higher Education

Hylman Consulting is seeking seasoned Digital Platform Implementation Experts specialized in higher education systems to deliver a strategic and high-impact Digital University Platform remotely for a leading Saudi university.

In this role, you&aposll be responsible for end-to-end delivery, including detailed requirements analysis, solution design, agile development, integration with Student Information Systems (SIS), robust testing, deployment, and providing comprehensive remote post-go-live support. You will work collaboratively with client stakeholders to ensure seamless platform adoption, clear communication, and superior outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute the end-to-end implementation of a digital admissions and registration platform remotely.
• Conduct thorough system requirements gathering and process analysis with academic stakeholders.
• Design and oversee robust integration with existing SIS and LMS platforms (e.g., Blackboard).
• Develop agile sprint-based project plans, execute development tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage quality assurance, comprehensive testing (functional, integration, performance), and issue resolution.
• Deploy the platform remotely, manage data migration and integration processes.
• Provide responsive and effective remote technical support for 3 months post go-live.
• Collaborate closely with client teams, enabling knowledge transfer and capacity building through shadowing and joint remote working.

Desired qualifications:

• Extensive experience implementing digital platforms in higher education institutions (admissions, student administration systems, LMS integration).
• Proven expertise in remote delivery of complex, integrated digital projects.
• Strong technical skills, including familiarity with SIS/LMS systems integration and data analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills, with experience facilitating client stakeholder engagement remotely.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and remote project collaboration tools.
• Ability to provide remote training support and create effective user documentation.
• Commitment to excellence and proven track record delivering high-quality solutions.

Location:100% Remote

Duration:Initial delivery (3 months), plus remote support (additional 3 months).
