Job description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an exceptional leader for the role of Senior Development Manager - Infrastructure. This pivotal position involves overseeing the planning, development, and execution of major infrastructure projects that support our vision of creating a unique entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee large-scale infrastructure projects, including utilities networks, roads, bridges, land servicing (landscape & public realm, bulk utilities plant, mobility & smart technology).
  2. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and impact analyses to guide project decisions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  4. Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, promoting sustainable infrastructure development.
  6. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and report to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, contractors, engineers, and consultants.
  8. Mentor team members to foster skills development and career growth.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to incorporate advanced solutions into projects.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field.
  2. Chartered Engineer (CEng) and membership in the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) or equivalent qualifications.
  3. At least 9-12 years of experience in infrastructure development and project management.
  4. Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects is essential.
  5. Middle East experience is preferred.
  6. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively.
  7. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  8. Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  9. Ability to analyze data for strategic decision-making.
  10. Proficiency with project management tools and techniques.
