The project

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for
  • Manage external pitch consultants across all assets and report progress.
  • Ensure alignment between EPMO and consultants, review submittals and performance.
  • Oversee pitch design reviews, materials, and equipment submissions.
  • Establish national turf strategy for 4,000 pitches, supporting ministry growth.
  • Lead training, process setup, land and material acquisition for turf expansion.
  • Develop nursery strategy for landscape flora across projects.
  • Support teams in nursery planning, logistics, and stock management.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality standards for turf and nursery operations.
  • Maintain regular communication across projects to meet deadlines and expectations.
You’ll need to have
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in high-value projects within project management consultancy.
  • Degree in Turf Management or related field preferred
  • Proven expertise in related fields, essential for client endorsement and immigration approval.
  • Strong track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
  • Effective leadership and strategic influence across teams and partners.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement throughout bidding and pitch processes.
  • Advanced project management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and pitch management tools.
  • Native-level English fluency; Arabic desirable.
