- Manage and coordinate the work of structural engineers and designers to achieve innovative and efficient design solutions.
- Conduct regular design reviews and ensure that all design deliverables meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with architects, environmental consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated design approaches.
- Prepare and present technical reports and design proposals to senior management and key stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 9-12 years of relevant experience in structural design management, ideally in the context of large-scale sporting or aquatic venues.
- Proven experience leading complex structural projects from concept through completion.
- Strong technical knowledge of structural engineering principles, methodologies, and software tools.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success.
