This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury mixed-use development in KSA. Mace is providing project management consultancy services.

Client focus – Deliver on our promise:
- You will act as the day-to-day operational manager for any design managers or other design management resources deployed to projects.
- You will be responsible for leading the delivery of design management to achieve key strategic outcomes & sub-function KPIs, directly influencing strategic development.
- You will be the main point of contact for client design issues, ensuring relationships are managed and maintained.
- You will develop delegated elements of the annual business plan outcomes to deadlines and within budget.
- You will lead and manage design resources for projects.
- You will manage daily operations for project design resources/managers.
- You will lead and present management review data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to project and sub-function leadership.
- You will support business development and work-winning activities.
- You will lead the identification, development, and delivery of relevant training.
- You will ensure the management system is followed and project roles and responsibilities are adhered to.
- You will act as the focal point for design-related matters on projects.
- You will recommend and initiate changes to project delivery plans, develop new design management tools, and operating processes.
- You will support and influence procurement routes, contractual, and legal aspects of projects.
- You will contribute to the promotion of technical excellence and support dialogue/communication.
- You will collaborate with project management office (PMO) teams to ensure coordinated deliverables.
- You will actively seek out knowledge and experience through the company's reach back.
- You will actively utilize the centre of excellence (CoE) knowledge base.
- You will work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, sharing responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery.

You’ll need to have:
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy, required for immigration and client approval.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
