Job description

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of private sector experience, with a proven record of achievements and personal growth; international experience is a plus.
• Experience in technology and digital advisory and implementation, focusing on core offerings such as IT transformation, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data transformation.
• Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, public finance).
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, including process re-engineering, technology adoption, and cultural change management.
• Track record in organizational development, transformational delivery, and performance improvement.
• Strong understanding of technology concepts such as core banking, DevOps, Cloud infrastructure (Microsoft/AWS/Google), Microservices, Big Data, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Led at least 3-5 technology/digital/data implementation programs in financial services.
• Ability to develop value-driven technology strategies aligning with client goals.
• Experience managing complex programs or departments with P&L responsibility.
• Industry and consulting experience preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, relationship-building, and client service skills.
• Team leadership, coaching, and development capabilities.
• Undergraduate degree in IT, engineering, physics, mathematics, or related; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel within the Kingdom.
