Role Responsibilities

You will take full ownership of one large-scale project or 3-4 medium projects simultaneously, managing scope, resources, and budgets. You will actively manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, lead project teams, monitor performance, and develop team members through feedback and coaching.

You will lead and manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients, including solution design and implementation, ensuring high-quality technology solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, and analysts, fostering collaboration and delivering innovative technology solutions.

You will build and maintain relationships with CXOs and key technology decision-makers to understand their IT transformation needs and strategic priorities.

You will develop and implement technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for clients.

You will demonstrate problem-solving skills and a structured approach to addressing complex technology issues, leveraging industry best practices.

You will foster client capabilities through ongoing coaching to ensure lasting impact beyond project completion.

You will act as a subject matter expert in your service line, providing insights and recommendations based on broad experience and strong problem-solving abilities.

You will contribute to the firm’s knowledge base by documenting learnings and coaching colleagues, and support organizational growth through proposals, recruiting, evaluations, and training.

You will be based in one of our Middle East offices, focusing on helping organizations implement transformations and build capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of private sector experience with a proven record of achievements and growth; international experience is a plus.
• Experience in technology and digital advisory and implementation, with core expertise in areas like IT transformation, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, or data transformation.
• Experience in financial services such as banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.
• Experience in strategic initiatives, process re-engineering, technology adoption, and cultural change management.
• Proven track record in organizational development, transformational delivery, or performance improvement.
• Strong understanding of core banking, DevOps, Cloud infrastructure, Microservices, Big Data, Machine Learning, and architecture concepts.
• Led at least 3-5 technology/digital/data implementation programs in financial services.
• Ability to create value-driven technology strategies aligning with client goals.
• Experience managing complex programs or multiple projects with P&L responsibility.
• Industry and consulting experience are advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving, relationship-building, and client service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams.
• Undergraduate degree in IT, engineering, physics, math, or related fields; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with effective communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Kingdom.
