QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field with an outstanding academic record
• 4+ years of consulting or business experience, with a proven record of achievements and drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus
• Ability to manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects successfully
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills, with a high level of client service commitment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across all organizational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective communication of complex ideas in English and Arabic
• Willingness to travel, mainly within the Kingdom
